Managing Classroom Behavior
Working as an administrator, coach and teacher for over 30 years, I have seen some cases that would be unbelievable to the average person. I have also seen some parents that taught me a thing or two about how to behave when I became a parent, and I try to emulate those role models every day.
golden teacher Comparing is actually quite waste of time and energy, it only trigger more ego-based behavior and this will cause more problems. There are many reasons why the answers may not be the same. First of all, the accuracy depends on how clear is the channel i.e. the person (belief system, perception, judgment, etc). Furthermore, everyone may have connected to different sources, different High Self, different beings, and even at different levels of consciousness.
golden teacher Without receiving the guidance from the enlightened teacher you cannot avoid and escape the sufferings and cannot transcend birth, death and rebirth. Salvation to ancestors and blessing for the descendants rely purely on the enlightened teacher, so all of you should repay this great grace by following the arrangement of the enlightened teacher. If practitioners violate and not follow the orders they will suffer and their ancestors will equally be affected similarly. Learn to be gentle and kind, respectful, thrifty, humble and have pleasant countenance.
growkit golden teacher A teacher cannot be a friend to his/her students. You are 'in loco perantis'. That carries responsibility. Obviously, you need to be approachable. That means you need to have a friendly demeanour. Tell your class when and where you are available to see them about any issues they have and help they need.
Brandon doesn't have a special diet to follow. As long as he is fed with the right kind of healthy dog food, he is good to go. Jake made sure that he got the best training to make him a rescue dog. Golden retrievers are best for hunting and rescue operations. They originated in the Scottish highlands in the 1800's. They are bred to become hunters. This is golden retriever information that will surely benefit any owner because they will be able to give their dogs the kind of training it deserves.
golden teacher growkit "Eight cows?" Mr. Shopkeeper gasped in amazement. Eight was unprecedented. "It must be some kind of mistake." However, true to his word, Johnny delivered the cows himself to seal the deal. Before the wedding, Johnny came to the shop to order a wedding present--a golden, hand-held mirror.
Intent also involves the use of your eyes. In the tai chi classics, it says something like, "The eyes and the hands must follow each other." However, this does not mean that your eyes must exactly follow the movement of your hands. It means that your eyes and hands must arrive at the same point at the same time.
Finally, after you recruit and teach you will certainly want to repeat. Top income earners are ones who are able to teach others to do what they do. Therefore you are promoting duplication. When you are a network marketing success your team will be full of people who 'recruit, recruit, recruit', teach, and repeat. When others around you find success, your check grows by leaps and bounds. Hopefully, your MLM opportunity offers a system that is easily duplicated and passed down. If not, if you're setting up your own system, be certain that it is one that can be taught and duplicated. Remember, it will only work if others can make it work.
What was most remarkable though, was that it wasn't my class. I was their substitute teacher. The transformation they experienced took place in a two week period. For the two years I subbed, this ritual of establishing respect and mutual worth had the same results--regardless of were it was applied. So-called troubled, hyper, or violent kids all rose to the expectation that they too, were worthy of being addressed and treated with respect. Was I a super teacher or psychological genius? Not by any stretch. I simply worked a principle. That's the great thing about principles; they work regardless of who uses them. Later in my career, I saw a memorable illustration of the power of positive expectations. It came from the story of a legendary trader with a comic strip name.
Later, when I turned fifteen, I went on a rather special family holiday. Our normal holidays were spent camping in tents. This time we stayed in a lovely old colonial hotel in the highlands. I first saw him across from our family table in the diningroom. He was alone at his table. Tall, dark haired with beard and moustache, he was about ten years too old for me. He was, however, around the age of all the men in the books I was absorbing by osmosis at the time.
Remember, students are self-centred. Many believe that because you are correcting their behaviour that 'you are picking on them' and/or 'you hate them'. You might get that impression from them too. Don't take it personally. It's just 'the nature of the beast'. Let what happens in the classroom stay there.
