Black Dog Institute's Sleep Ninja app permits young people to learn more about rest in a fun, interactive means under the advice of the 'Master Sleep Ninja.' The app helps teens' develop healthy rest practices and improve sleep high quality.
We've committed $1 million over four years from 2020 to sustain Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and peoples to supply initiatives to enhance health and wellness and life expectancy outcomes. We add to the reduction of inequities for people & neighborhoods with wellness vulnerabilities and aid shut the health and wellness and life span void for First Nations peoples.
