The Importance of Upgrades in World of Warcraft

Upgrades are a different kind of item that provides an increase in your stats. They can be used to upgrade armor, trinkets and weapons.

Weapons

Whatever way you decide on using a particular weapon, you must keep in mind that it is able to be upgraded and will evolve with your playstyle over time.

You can upgrade your weapon by visiting a blacksmith that has a workbench for weapons. It is important to know that weapons can only be upgraded to ilvl 25, and no higher. Players should upgrade their weapons only after they have acquired the maximum number of upgrades that are possible from the regular and Whetblade item upgrading.

Trinkets

The Trinkets offer a variety of Boosts. They can be upgraded just like any other equipment by interacting directly with the Item Upgrader.
