A Blacksmith Blessing or an upgraded version thereof, can be used to boost the likelihood of an upgrade succeeding. This item is useful when you own an item or weapon equipment that has reached the maximum level for its tier, or is close to it. It will allow you to upgrade that piece of gear to the next level without having to worry about breaking.
